please tell us you are doing rightly tightie and leftie loosie, ok? the two 14mm head bolts on the cam wheels should come off with an 18" or 24" 1/2 inch drive breaker bar. you can put the wrench on the other end of the camshaft and you can slip a large deepreach socket over the closed end of the 18mm (or 17mm if the other cam) wrench and put an extension on that socket too. get a buddy to pull on the camshaft while you do the bolt end.
I assume that you have the correct female torx for the head bolts? there are 10 of them and using a 24" breaker bar with a 2" or 4" extention to get to the head bolt you should be able to remove them with two hands on the bar. start at one end and do a circular patters 10-9-1-2-8-7-6-5-4-3 using the same pattern you use to tighten them.
You should not need any power tools for any of these. once you get this off, put PB Blaster on the stuck exhaust manifold nut and leave it overnight. use hand tools to take it off the next day. Try and *not* break the stud, it will cost you more money to have the machinist take it out. Suggest you *do* get the eEuroparts exhaust stud kit, about $20, that has all new studs, washers, spacers and nuts. Using your old nuts, slip a 13mm (if that is what yours are) closed end wrench on the stud, then put two nuts on it, then use two wrenches to run the nuts together, you should then be able to unscrew the stud using the lower nut, if it won't come out or the nuts spin off 1)more PB blaster and move to another stud. 2) you can put the wrench on as before and then use locitite RED between the nuts and let sit overnight, it will come out the next day without a problem.
put the new studs in using the reverse procedure, use the new studs but use the *old* nuts, put some antiseize on the stud as you thread it in.
