The fender does not need to come off. There is a clip which lock the neck of the bottle on top. The body is fastened to the frame by two 10 mm nuts. Two steel rods penetrate the washer bottle.
Why are you taking it off? Is it leaking? If it is, my advice is to leave it in place to repair. Most likely the leak occurs at where the steel rod meets the plastic bottle. Drain the fluid and let it air dry. Use two parts epoxy to patch the leak.
You may think removing it to repair you can do a better job. That is true. The problem is the process of fitting it back in will crack the bottle again.
