Hi Guys
Here is a little info on the set-ups and changers

First generation 1987 thru 1991 -Radio is a clarion Pu9312 or Pu 9206 .This used a
" Y " Cable but is was to have a # piece System . Seperate Radio (pu9213 or Pu9206 ) and seperate EQ unit and Seperate InDash Cd player (Pu2006 or later and better version model Pu 2045 )
But NO CD CHANGER

Second Generation
1992 thru 1994 900 and 9000- Radio is a Clarion Pu9588 or Pu9587 .This Was a radio which had a red and yellow and blue cable coming out of the back .The red and yellow cable went to the back of an In dash cd players CAGE ( Cd player is a model Pu 2047A ). The cd players "back" also had a spot to plug in a cable for a cd changer. It is marked with a GREEN DOT green dot. You have to have the indash cd player to add the cd changer.
Third Generation
This is 1995 thru 1998 9000 only
This had a Clarion Radio (model Pu 9904A ) .This radio was used in both standard and HK systems. There is a 13 pin plug in the back of the radio where you could add either a in dash cd player (model Pu 2101) or a CD Changer OR you could get a Switch Box model RCB-37 ? ,it pluged in the back of the radio and on the side of the box was 2 13 pin jacks where you could plug in the cd player and the cd changer, then using the source button on the radio could switch between the cd player and cd changer , email me if any questions ,thanks Wasyl At Saabradio.com
