Which may have lead to the bolts breaking but it a first for me. If the car was driven for more than 2 minutes with the belt off... after it was already at operating temp. I don't even want to imagine what went bad.
But I think that your hose went probably because it was old. They are easy to check. Squeeze them when NOT hot, if they are super soft then they are close to their end - you should replace them every 2 -3 years they say.
Your belt came off (did it shred? or simply came off?) because of one of the pulleys it turns. Try to spin the AC pulley, if you are unable to move it then that is the reason. Right underneath the AC(toward the car a little) is where the waterpump is. There should be thick hoses going in and out of it. Try to spin that, check its condition visually. Go through all the pulleys that the belt turns, one of them will be the culprit. Maybe the generator seized. That happens too. Maybe it was the belt tensioner.
If you have oil in the coolant rezervoir I would look into it more carefully its possible your headgasket is gone. But if unceratin drive unntil it becomes certain. Or take to a shop who will diagnose corectly. Hopefully.
