I'm not so sure that the combination of hard springs and soft shocks is a good idea. The official name for "shock absorbers" is "dampers", after all. If the springs are stiff and poorly- or under-damped they'll have a life of their own. Stiff springs and stiff dampers - like the Abbott/Koni arrangement I had on a previous 9000 - will be great for cornering but give a very hard ride.
So you could argue that it's better to have reasonably soft springing which is controlled by sophisticated dampers. As with so many things, suspension is a compromise and the compromise you prefer will depend greatly on the use to which you put your car. Have never used Bilsteins, they have a good pedigree - or the adjustability of Konis could be a plus factor.
Do agree about the roll on 9000s, but once again there is a compromise - your SAS bars are great for roll and shouldn't affect the ride on smooth roads, but they will transmit bumps from one side to the other side.
I currently have the same suspension as you but without the bars and think a lot about fitting them. Just now I have poly bushes to the rear bars and rubber on the front. I do get much less of the "lurch" effect when settling into a corner than I used to with standard suspension, and like the ride quality, so may just stick, as I live in the country with plenty of bumpy minor roads.
You can fix some ride problems with careful choice of tyres, such as the F1 GS-D3s which have flexible sidewalls without making the steering floppy.
