You need to figure out where the leak is and unless it is glaringly obvious you need to clean the engine to do this.
With a cool engine, open the hood and clean the block and head. Something like Simple Green concentrate works well. Spray it on, let it sit for 15 minutes and hose it off. Keep the water away from the relay boxes. Use a brush if necessary. Rinse it thoroughly.
Next, take the car to the car wash and use the high pressure hose under the engine. You won't see all the areas to hit, but you should be able to get most of the oil and accumulated grunge off.
NOW you can look for leaks. As others note, the PCV valve, the valve cover gasket, and the head gasket are all candidates on the top end. Any of these tend to go everywhere and can make it hard to tell where they come from. Lower down are the main seals, oil pan gasket, etc.
My '95 looked like it was leaking a lot, thought it was the head gasket, but I hosed it off and found it was the valve cover gasket and a little (fairly normal) head gasket seepage. Tightened up the VC gasket and all was well.
