Shock towers are the big structural concern. Some cars seem to have issues there, so don't.
The windsheild surrounds can be bad and tough to repair.
The door bottoms. Some people like to remove the rubber weather stripping from the bottom of the doors as it seems to trap the moisture and grit. I guess you'll have slightly dirtier door sills and thus possible pants though.
Rear fenders lips - dunno what can be done here.
Rear quarters - check your drains holes, that's what got me bad.
Good luck, and keep her on the road!
