I got my headliner material from Keyston. I was lucky and they had a store here in Denver. They have a wide range of colors, and they had a Light Quicksilver color that was a pretty good match to the original color that was in my 1992 9000S. The fabric is good quality and it was cheap at $7.95 a yard.
You could pay more than that if you go to Hancock or JoAnn Fabrics, and the selection of colors they will have on hand will be very limited. The JoAnn fabrics near me wanted something like $12.95 a yard.
An on a side note....that 3m 8088/8090 glue is very tricky. I tried to do it myself with it and the glue did wierd stuff to the fabric, like sucking it down in places after being gently smoothed on with light pressure.
I took my headliner shell and trim pillars to an upholstery shop that used air guns to spray the glue.
