Let's take it out first and then start again with a straight run at it.
Tools needed, the press setup you used to get to the other one out. A freezer, a trouble light with the incandesent bulb in it (NOT CF or LED - the kind that makes heat.)
Put the unit in the freezer for 15 minutes, arrange the press to be ready AND the trouble light to be in close proximity, you will put the "frozen" unit in the press and then lean the light with the hot part against the portion of the mount that is external, just for about 90 seconds, then do the press.
It should come out fine.
To put in, freeze the mount again 15 minutes. Put the metal portion on the concrete floor and after 10 minutes put the light hot side onto the link. Setup your press procedure and USING GLOVES ON THE HOT PART - an oveglove works very well, put it together and do the deed, be cautious because it may go in TOO FAST so don't over shoot your mark.
cheers
