I'm planning on doing an auto to manual swap in my 92 9000 either this weekend or next weekend.

I am going to take photos during the process and do a write up on it.

Obviously you will need the Flywheel, Clutch disc, Clutch Pressure Plate, clutch lines, master cylinder, slave cylinder, the whole shifter lever unit, etc.

However, there are some things which are different on manual transmission 9000's than the auto transmission 9000's that you have to get to do this correctly.

You need the whole pedal cluster bracket, not just the pedals - the one on the auto tranny cars don't have the mounting tab for the master clyinder or the retainer tab for the clutch pedal spring.

You will need the Right side Driveshaft bearing bracket from a manual transmission car. It has a big "M" cast into it. This is mounted on the back of the engine block on the right side. You will need the driveshaft tube from the manual transmission car that goes from the differential on the tranny to the righside bearing bracket.

You will need a Left CV axle for a manual transmission car - The auto uses the same length for the Left and Right CV axles.

You will need the EDU for the dashboard display from a manual Transmission car.

You will need the wire jumper to "trick" the car that it's in Drive.

For a '91 9000 I would recomend finding a '93 9000 Turbo 5sp to get the parts from.
