is flush the coolant, the brake fluid, and before long do the oil even though the stuff in there looks good. That way you can put in some good synthetic and a good filter and have known starting point. Change the fuel filter and thermostat for the same reason. Run a bottle of Techron with your next tank of gas to help clean things up a bit. Keep an eye on all your coolant hoses, including the ones from the throttle body and the ones going to the heater core.
As others note, a spare DI is a good idea, so is AAA Plus.
Your boost sounds about right and may change as you drive the car. With an automatic you may not see the boost gauge hit the red too often anyway, but a few adaptation runs might help. Don't hammer it too hard until it's "used" to being driven again, as sitting for 5 years is not all that good for a car.
