we just did a 94 9000 Aero, no press needed, there is a 180 degree strap with 90 degree bends ( think of a large capital U) and the only difficult was getting the lower bolt to start back in, very tight area to work in, we did it from the bottom. don't tighten the large bolt with the tabs until after you get the strap on the block threaded and at least almost final tighten. we put the car on jack stands (front using the standard jack points towards the front and both sides) we lifted the transmission up with a block of plywood under the trans/engine junction with the floor jack, just a couple of inches. if you can't get lift without the whole car picking up, pull the dogbone upper motor mount, getting this one back in is easy you just adjust the height of the lift below and it will line up.
