You wouldn't have understeer in all but the most unique (and intentional) situations. That's why sam said that an SAS bar in the rear only would induce oversteer. This situation is unsafe for an unsuspecting or inexperienced driver. A fast sweeper near the car's limit that previously induced understeer (a situation corrected by a novice driver's tendency to let up and turn tighter) would produce oversteer with a stiffer rear. Not the best situation for someone who's not used to having a car step out on them.
Ideally, nothing should happen unless you intend it to happen, autocross or not, right?
