I recommend going through the no-start procedure here:
http://www.saabnet.com/tsn/bb/9000/index.html?bID=215551

A few quick questions -
Turn the key to ON, but don't turn the key to START. Do you see dash lights? You should see the usual idiot lights come on. If not, but the engine does crank, suspect a bad ignition switch.

With the hood open, crank the engine for four or five seconds, and shut it right off. Listen for a Buzz from the top of the engine - the DI cassette. No buzz? Suspect the DI.

Has the weather been very cold where you are? Snow or no snow? Anything from a visual inspection of the engine compartment? Engines need air, spark and fuel to run. If it's been very cold and snowy, there is a remote possibility the air cleaner got wet and froze up (no air). A bad DI or CPS can cause the engine not to run well (Spark), and a frozen fuel line/filter can remove the last of the Holy Trinity (fuel). Most gas these days has around 10% ethanol, and that does nearly the same job as drygas. However, if you've been running a near empty tank and a lot of temperature fluctuations, you can accumulate a decent amount of water in the gas.

The engine bogging doesn't sound like spark - that is usually there or it isn't. It could be air or fuel. Fuel tends to happen more often. Pull the spark plugs after cranking the engine - are they wet with fuel? If they are, the fuel pump is running, but you could still have a fuel line blockage. If the pressure is down, the fuel doesn't spray from the injectors, it dribbles. It still puts out fuel, but fuel needs to be in fine particles to burn.

So -
Weather? Any other symptoms? CEL?
Dash lights on when the key is ON? Stay on when cranking?
Do the No Start procedure.
