I'd have to say the CSE. I own 2 Aero's and love them to death. However, if the 98 has most of the Aero hardware, besides the seats, I'd say it's a good deal. Any time I want to load something BIG into the hatch, I can, however I find myself sitting on the rear seats to make them fold flat which results in some very wrinkled leather. Don't get me wrong, I love the recaro seats. I'm actually in the process of getting a CSE parts car and I plan on removing me rear Aero seats for the CSE's. Also as a previous poster said, the Aero is more likely to have been driven harder than the CSE. Just my 2 cents.
