which grow over time, and since they are made of plastic and metal, they also leak where the two materials come together. The leak can be very small so you just lose coolant over time. Have an automatic? check the hoses for the tranny cooler, too.
When the engine is running and the car is fully warmed up, pop the hood. You'll probably find some steam coming out of the radiator, or may see some coolant dripping onto the ground.
You don't have many miles on the car, but age can be more of a radiator killer than miles. However, try just tightening all the clamps on the coolant hoses. Also look for other leaks.
