You clearly have a leak, and it is at a common location for a head gasket leak on a 9000, the front right corner of the engine when facing the car. There are a lot of Saab 9Ks rolling around with some seepage at that spot. You're getting coolant and oil there. It can be a cylinder head gasket, but not necessarily. A leaking valve cover gasket will put oil there, and if any of the hoses coming down from the throttle body are leaking, that's where the coolant winds up. (I thought the seepage my daughter's '95 9K had was a head gasket leak but it turned out to be about 98% the valve cover gasket and the hoses from the throttle body.)
Some things to check. You can do all this yourself:
Start with the dipstick. Wipe off the creamy coffee stuff and drive for 2-3 days. It's been real cold up your way and if you haven't been driving enough to really get the cart fully warmed up you could just have a lot of condensation in the crankcase and engine and it will show up on the dipstick cap area. That's the easy way out. It could also be that your PCV valve is bad. That would be nice because they are cheap and you could even do it yourself. But you have a leak, so let's go deeper.
While you're under the hood, what does the oil look like at the bottom of the dipstick? See any drops of coolant? You may not, so not seeing any doesn't give you a clean bill of health, but it's something else to look for.
What does the oil in the coolant reservoir look like? Is it also like creamy coffee or is it just green? Hopefully it's just green. If you're seeing the creamy goop in there then you know there's a real problem.
Also, how is the coolant level? Do you have to keep adding coolant? If you do there's a leak someplace.
With the car running, go sniff the exhaust. Is it sweet smelling? If so, some coolant is getting into the combustion chamber which is not good.
If there is oil in the coolant tank, you're adding coolant and the exhaust smells sweet it's most probably a head gasket, which unfortunately costs some real dollars. But you don't know until you check all this stuff.
Do these checks and let us know what you find.
