OK, the schematic that I cited doesn't provide the detail that you need. You will probably have to probe the wires between the head unit and the amp to determine what the six wire are, here's my guess:
1. One is switched power; the amp has it's own power circuit, this is a "on" signal telling the amp to power up when the radio is switched on.
2. One is most likely a ground for the "on" signal, should have zero resistance to the ground of the car.
3/4 and 5/6. These are two pair of signal wires, hopefully they are color-coded appropriately????
Wire #1 need to connect to a switched power line on the new radio, there should be one specifically for this, should also be a way to connect wire #2. Wires 3 - 6 go to the new RCA plugs - sorry, I don't have further info.
