OK a simple replacement of a serp belt turned into tension hell. No I need a new tensioner (funny how it was working fine prior to the change). Found out the hard way by the belt coming off, didn't over heat engine still cool.
got belt and all is well, tensioner ordered. Took car to car wash to de-gunk the engine like I always do twice a year. This time it wouldn't start, something got wet! Let car set a half hour and it started right up.
Drove home and bam! Died on me, car will not start but turns over fine. I think I smell gas. Did fuel pump last summer, but I guess it could be.
What could have gotten wet and gone south that didn't have the last 20 times I cleaned the engine? DI, CPS, anything else? I'm starting with trouble shooting the fuel pump in the AM.
