sorry i haven't responded to anybody but I left to go out of town. I'll be back tow work on the car friday. Yes the car has the two pump set up which we removed and visually inspected. When removing the gas cap, i did not notice any unusual pressure build up.
another thing we noticed, when the car is off and key is turned on, the uel pump cycles continuesly. I think it should only cycle 3-4 times and then stop. you can see fuel being returned through the return line back into the tank with each cycling of the pump. should the fuel pressure regulator be closed at this point stopping he fuel flow/building pressure up??
I'll be back home friday. Thanks again.
