yeah, a goodyear place overtightened my drain bolt and cracked the pan a little. when i complained that it was leaking after i had the oil change, they told me, and brought it back, they said, oh, it needs a new drain plug washer. the next time i went to change it i noticed they put epoxy all over the pan. of course, nearly a year had gone by, i couldn't prove it, etc., so yeah, change yer own oil...
had a bmw once, valvoline oil change place didn't tighten the filter down, that was leaking.
