swap doors from '91 to '87

I have a 91 9000 turbo that was rear ended and totalled. My daily driver is an 87 N/A that has rusted doors but otherwise good body.
Any tips/tricks/warnings regarding swapping the doors from the '91 to the '87? Should I try to swap the hinges? The '87 hinges are worn out. Are the front hinges welded to the body?
A future project may be to swap the engine, wire harness, and complete interior. I Know... Probably not worth my time.
Thanks,
Mike P
