I have the Motive power bleeder from eeuro, and it works well. Before I had it, I tried a vacuum bleeder, which did not work at all. Compressed air, even if you do have a regulator to keep the pressure below 20psi, is of little use because without the reservoir of the power bleeder you have no way of keeping the fluid above the minimum level to prevent introducing air into the system. Ask me how I know.
