Help with value of 9000 Aero - good or bad deal

1997 9000 Aero, 5-spd, 120K, overall condition probably average to above average for the year. Overall good body, nice paint. Some minor rust in one spot. Glass in overall good shape, windscreen repaired but good. Interior is pretty clean for the year I'd say. Minimal wear on driver's seat - others look good. Tested all accessories, everything works. No strange noises to speak of. Service records spotty but no major repairs have been made. It appears there is a small oil leak from main bearing area? Hard to tell. It's a 2nd owner car - stayed in family.
Any help in price range value of this car would be helpful. I don't want to get ripped off, especially considering the cost of major repairs which may be right around the corner for this fine machine.
