Well, the only way to know for sure is to scan it with an ISAT. Without that, you'll kinda be shooting in the dark. When I got the dreaded TCS light of death, it wound up being a dead Throttle Body. Arg.
I was able to (thankfully) find a good used one, and it has been fine ever since.
But it could be one of many things. TB, wheel sensors, dirty sensors, ECU, connectors... god only knows.
That might not be the most helpful of posts, but it is awfully hard to say without a scan.
