I agree about the air leak hypothesis, but it's probably a small one, because you are showing boost pressure. The rough running is probably because your mixture is wrong. Unfortunately, you'll probably have to search from turbo to intake manifold gasket. I had a snafu with my DI ECU a few weeks ago, and it idled beautifully - best ever. However, it bucked under modest power, and the exhaust smelled like a lean mixture (I can get a good whiff of what's coming out of the engine, because I have one of those race cats, which turns out to be not a cat at all - have to change that). A rich mixture can produce the same type of thing.
