Hi Folks.
This has happened before and does not worry me overmuch but I'd like some advice, please:
In the deep cold - like 15 below 0 sometimes my 9KTs have been reluctant to start and afterwards the CEL would illuminate and the exhaust would be really 'gassy' - but then either the weather would warm and it would clear, or I'd pull a battery line and clear it that way and it would stay cleared.
The '94 Aero recently had a weak start on a deeply cold morning and the CEL illuminated - and the exhaust was stinky too.
It has yet to really warm up here and the CEL is still lit; so I ask this:
Is there any easier method to clear it than pulling a battery terminal - like maybe even a fuse ?
(I searched before asking and got a bazillion results - none immediately related-> so I am asking instead of reading for a week to find something or nothing !!!)
Thanks for any advice,
mark
