Worked thru some problems on a buick recently. Unfortunately I could not find the connector breakout for the car, but the sensors are all on pigtails so checks weren't too bad.
Your ohm meter should see about 1K ohms when measuring across the sensor. If you measure the corresponding pins on the abs control box - you should see a fairly high (500K to a few Meg) resistance looking that way. Any one pair out of spec would indicate a potential problem with the controller.
If the resistances are all in spec - a key-on abs problem shouldn't be from the wiring. If the abs light comes on with movement - then sensor pulse counts don't agree, but the controller could find all the sensors (at least by the resistance check).
