It was stuck on recirculate! but motor is fine..sender?

Thanks Marvin, you were right on, the flap was fully shut and the recirculate button does not move it all. Funny thing is when I hook up 12 volts to the little motor directly, it moves the flap open, and when I reverse the voltage it closes the flap. So I must have a bad "sender" or relay I guess?
Going to have to check it with my wife in the car to see what kind of voltage if any it sends.
Sure will be nice not having to drive the lame car with the fogged up windows anymore.
