The little light is a parking light, bulb #2825 or 2825LL. It is a 5 watt bulb that produces 5 candlepower. Buy the LL (long life) version because they're a hassle to install, especially on the passenger side.
If you want daytime running lights, then check fuse #31, which is a blue 15 amp fuse. If it is missing or burned out, then replacing it will probably restore your daytime running lights circuit.
Both high beams can be replaced without removing the headlight assembly. It's relatively easy to reach on the driver's side (USA cars). On the passenger side it helps to be be left handed. Very difficult if you have big hands and thick forearms. The trick is to disconnect the electrical harness before removing the bulb, then install the new bulb before reconnecting the harness.
The 9006 low beam bulbs are truly wimpy. Search this board for the 9005 mod if you want an upgrade that is cheap, easy and won't overstress the low beam circuit.
