I noticed such a blip in the driver's window of my CSE and I remembered that my old classic 900 gave the same sign just before the mechanism self-destructed in a dramatic way. The arms of the regulator sprang out of the inside seal and did a scissor act all the way the the top of the window frame. Luckily, I did not have my arm resting on the window ledge. Anyway, I bought a complete 9000 regulator and motor on eBay. After about 5 years it is still hanging somewhere in my garage for the day the blipping one gives way. In the meantime I have been in the door at some point and everything looked tight and lubricated but the blip is still there.
So, it would not hurt to inspect and lube the regulator but I would not lose much sleep over it. Its a good idea to keep any body parts away from the window when you close it in any case.
