It depends on which stereo set-up you have. If you have the H/K setup with the amp under the seat it can be a little more complex depending on what you want to do. The H/K set up has a pink connector in the back of the stock stereo. When I did mine, I cut the connector off. Then I attached RCA cables to those wires. I have the wiring diagram for that connector if you need it. Then plugged the RCA's into the new head-units pre-amp outputs. Another way to do it, is to just connect the speaker wires from the new head-unit to those. But, eventually you are going to have problems, since that has the signal being amplified twice. And the amp under the seat is not meant to receive an amplified signal. Some people bypass the amp and run new speaker wires straight from the head-unit. If you don't have the amp, then it is as simple as speaker wire to speaker wire, power to power. I just did mine recently so I have all the wiring fresh in my memory if you need anything. Good luck.
