My indy has actually sent people to Monroe for this job because he says it's hard to price it fairly. (I figure he doesn't like doing the job, either!)
Before I decided to do my entire suspension, he asked me if I had a spare rear sway bar. He said that with a spare bar and new bushings he can work a lot faster and just cut the bolt off and get it all apart without worrying about damaging the bar. At least here in NH, where rust is an issue that makes some sense.
The old bar from my '96 will go on the '95 if I decide to do shocks on that car.
