It blows really hot air when driving normally. Hot enough at least to easily keep the interior warm and toasty with recirc off and outside temp around 10 degree Fahrenheit. Also, it's not like it blows outside cold air when in traffic, just not hot. I'd guess around 50-60 F.

If the thermostat is working properly and isn't going into overheat mode at too low a temp - shouldn't the temp gauge be higher than at 9 o'clock when it occurs?
