suitable replacement for CSE

Well, I have decided to drive the '97 CSE for another year or two. When I purchase another car, I am going to gift it to my 72 year old father. He recommended that I purchase it 10 years ago, and has been frothing at the mouth to own it to this day. At least it will stay in the family and it's too good of a car to trade in for practically nothing in return. The trouble is, I am finding it difficult to find anything that compares with it, in a reasonable price range. I have looked at an '06 BMW 330xi (great car but has the BMW "Look at me, I'm driving a Bimmer" factor that I don't care for). I'm also considering an Acura TL (hard to find a manual tranny, which I prefer), or Infiniti G35x (same issue as Acura). The CSE has been perfect; great power, luxury, space, and doesn't draw too much attention (other than, "Cool car, what is it?). Is there anything out there that is newer and on par with the CSE? I can't drive this car forever and need something comparable.
Mark
