Visit an electronic surplus store and purchase some 50 ohm network coax. This stuff was designed to be pulled past air conditioning ducts and is very durable. Since most of it was discarded by 2000, you need to find a surplus house that bought it back then and will smile when you mention it. A ten meter piece will be 5 bucks or less, WITH connectors. BNCs are available everywhere, shrink wrap them to seal out moisture.
