Serpentine belt, pulleys & tensioner shock - how tough?

Just curious how tough this job is on a '97 Saab 9000 CSE turbo, 2.3l.
I've replaced the HG, and turbo guts before, so I have some mechanical experience.
I just don't want to spend all day on this.
And how important is it to replace the pulleys? This car has 165k+ miles on it, and I don't think they been replaced - not at least since I bought the car at 80k miles.
Thanks for all inputs/comments!
