All in all, the jobs pretty darn simple, with the right tools (only special one being the one to hold the tensioner compressed). I was doing the crank pulley last time, so I removed the fender liner, which gives you all the room in the world to work, and it was so easy I wouldn't bother trying to do it from the top unless I was just changing a belt.
Pulleys: If you don't know when they were replaced last, I would do them immediately. 80K on them is pushing your luck for sure.
