There's a hose from a port on the back/center of the intake manifold, Y/T's to both the boost gauge and the hooter valve. The Y can age and split apart.
The hose to the boost gauge goes thru the same rubber block as the heater hoses, then snakes back thru the aquarium to the firewall.
I'd follow the hose from the manifold to the aquarium first, then thru the aquarium, and finally pop the dash top.
