Wouldn't have thought so, Same goes for the condition of his 'tone' rings :-).
Often the fluid actually in the pump gizmo Can be very old.
Typical brake fluid renew exercises often don't get all the old out.
Take apart a Caliper following a 'flush' and this would be obvious.
IF it's a sensor failure, a simple Ohm reading at their end connectors will show that. IMO tho, Sensors usually break their leadout wires.. 'somewhere', not often their encapsulated coils, for an intermittant connection affected by suspension movements evidenced when driving.
Light on.. before moving, suggests a total sensor wire break or a failure to pressurize.
PITA either way, unfortunately
