The only thing I can think of, assuming the front sensor mounting is similar to the rear, would be to remove the hub to gain access, soak the sensor in penetrating oil, and try to tap it out using a socket or similar item that fits across the sensor face. If you get lucky you may manage to move the sensor without destroying it.
Mine had the plastic sleeve but that didn't stop the sensor from practically welding itself into place! That's life here in the rust belt...
