Well, calibration of ETS is not for the faint hearted.
The system might have a problem that has to be corrected first since the car went in to limp home mode in the beginning triggering those codes.
Check all vacuum hoses and that the bleeder valve is opening and closing when applying power and that the throttle linkage is retracting when you apply vacuum to the throttle diaphragm.
Sometimes it can take 10-20 times before the calibration "takes" when I do them, I never know. And after each and every time, the fault codes triggered has to be read and reset before the next calibration.
Through all the years, my Tech 2 have never displayed Finished when running the idle base line or the KDW motor (Auto trans) calibration, it just stay there on Started.
I assume yours a stick shift since you don't mention the cruise control switch.
