Fuel filter was changed recently.
Tried adjusting gap to 0.39 and no change.
Car has not been used much in past several years.
We drained out old fuel and put in fresh 93 octane.
(Did this by detaching the fuel return and letting the return empty into a catch can - which is where we noticed that there was not a lot of extra fuel coming out - especially at idle. When the car was accelerated - it allowed a bigger flow to come out - which I thought was strange - almost like the fuel pump was acting as if it was on a variable control - which I didn't think it was. Is there a voltage or other regulator to the output of the fuel pump? I would think that at idle I should be getting lots of flow out with excess fuel. Not sure if this is related - but might be.)
Thanks for your input...
