Need after alignment advice

I replaced my tie rod ends, counted turns and got what seemed to be good alignment. Since I just put new tires on I figured I should get alignment done.
Toe Before LF 0.06 RF 0.05 Total 0.11 Steer Ahead 0.00
LR 0.10 RR 0.31 Total 0.40 Thrust angle -0.11
Toe After LF 0.14 RF 0.08 Total 0.22 Steer Ahead 0.03
LR 0.09 RR 0.49 Total 0.58 Thrust Angle -0.20
Spec for rear toe 0.07 to 0.28 so 0.31 was out of spec but way closer than 0.49.
Spec for rear total toe 0.14 to 0.56 so .40 was within spec but 0.58 is out of spec.
From what I see when they changed the LF toe from 0.06 to 0.14 it put my rear further out of spec.
Thrust Angle looks to be how much the car is crabbing down the road(I.e. angle from centerline) so -0.11 looks better than -0.20.
From what I see it looks like my alignment was good and didn't need adjustment and was better than after.
My steering wheel is cocked a little to the left so I called & they said to bring it back so I'm planning on going through the values with them and my thought is to have them change the LF front toe back to where it was.
