Thanks all. I opened up the fuse box and yes there was corrosion from the relay socket to the in line fuse. I have rewired the entire circuit with a new in line fuse (30 amp). Everything works fine. My only concern is what size wire does the 30 amp circuit use. The in line fuse uses 12 ga. My jumper wire is 10 ga. and it gets really hot.
