It's possible that it could be the O2 sensor. I put a new Bosch on my 97 Aero a little while before it got wrecked and it's still installed on the engine as it sits under the workbench. The O2 code was one of the first ones I got and the catalytic test would not pass so maybe that's part of it too. The group 41 batteries don't quite fit the tray..... a little too long. I put a piece of masonite under the battery so the case didn't get stressed and crack. The case of the new battery seemed pretty flimsy.
