FYI, there is nothing "Opel" about a 9000 - it shares its chassis with the Fiat Chroma, Alfa Romeo 164 and Lancia Thema (no Opels), called the Type 4 Chassis.
TCS = Traction Control System and I will not buy one that has this "feature". It can fault without warning, ordering the electronic throttle control to suddenly decrease power - not what you want when making a left turn into oncoming traffic. Some people have driven TCS cars for a very long time with few faults, others have had multiple problems, and few mechanics have the skill/experience to fix them at this point.
In 1995 some cars had TCS, others did not - good chance that a base-model CS will not. Easy way to tell is if there is a physical throttle cable going to the unadorned throttle body (the electronic throttle body is larger and has a black plastic enclosed motor). I understand that there is some sort of backup throttle cable, but check this out before you buy.
