If you want, I can email or fax you a scan of the TSB outlining the procedure. I agree with Bob that you don't really need to check the fluid level, as this is a hassle if done correctly. The car must be jacked up anyway to remove the wheel, and the level must be normal riding height, so you must use a level to find that position. Don't bother. Just put in 1.9 qts. (2.0 will do) and it's done.
Be sure you do follow the TSB for purging the old fluid, though, as the old and new are not compatible. If you don't have the fluid yet, I got mine from Camelback in Phoenix for $10/qt. ($13.40 list), and your first order is shipped free. You'll need 3 qts.--one to purge, two to fill.
