the air conditioner on and it was cold outside (unlikely scenario given the colder weather and I assume you're in the northern hemisphere).
I had that in a '92 9K. If you had the SRS recall done already then you may try some Bars Leak. Otherwise, have the SRS recall done and see if you can get a new heater core with it as suggested by Jeff.
Look back at some archive posts and see whether you want to put BL in your system.
As for my '92 9K, I put in BL and it seems to holding up OK, no more fogged up windshield. It takes a bit of time before BL takes full effect.
