This is my original message:
I have a 87 9kt and I have no pressure on my clutch pedal. I press down on the clutch pedal but the
clutch does not engage.
The clutch has been replaced and was working fine before loss of pressure on the pedal. However, I
did notice on the last cold day that my 9kt had to warm up before pressure was restored to the
pedal.
Also, I noticed that my brake fluid resivor was low.
In addition to the above, It appears that my clutch has worn out within 4 months. Will replacing the
Master/slave cylynders prohibited this in the future? Is there something else it could be?
My 9k sounded as though there was a little drag; However, two Saab dealers and my mechanic said
everything was fine.
My mechanic was wonderful with my 900 Saabs, but can anyone suggest a mechanic in
NJ-Northeast that's reasonible for a 9000 (I will travel a little distance if nessecary). I'm ready for a
second opinion.
As you can imagine, I'm not happy about another clutch job within 4 months.
